

Money Matters Workshops
Money Matters is suitable for children in Years 5 and 6 and consists of two, 90 minute sessions.

The workshop sessions covers basic financial education skills and includes topics such as budgeting, money management, debt and saving. Each session is interactive and engaging and uses real life examples and stories. There are plenty of opportunities for group or paired work as well as for independent thought.
At the end of the sessions, participants will have a greater understanding of key financial language and concepts, and be able to create a basic budget.
The Family Trust have received funding to be able to provide a limited number of free Money Matters Workshops to our schools for one year only during the accademic year 26-27. These will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
